Not the best looking head unit, but it worked perfectly after installation. My specific is situation is that I already had an XM music signal from my chartplotter so I needed a rear AUX input for that, which narrowed down the options some. But I also wanted a front aux input so you could plug in your music device that way, and a USB port for charging my phone. Discovered the bluetooth worked great, picked up my itunes music from iphone with no cables at all, and did a find job as a handsfree device for receiving and making phone calls. Let's you set bass and treble for each input type. The unit clearly had some features added for marine use to help prolong the life on a boat. Was inexpensive for all you got. Even has weatherband which I also tested. Installed the Alpine SPS M600 speakers and they paired well and sounded good with a little bass and treble boost. So one unit gives you: AM - FM - CD - SD Card (did not test) - my XM radio input via rear AUX jack - front AUX jack - front USB port - Weatherband radio - bluetooth streaming - bluetooth handsfree phone operation with an iphone and it seems well made.

BalasHapusI looked high and low through all price points for a marine radio with Bluetooth. This one fits the bill and the price is more than reasonable. I installed this on fishing boat so I don't know how it would do for a party rocking look at me ski boat/wake boat system but for my use it's perfect. Paired with alpine mini amp and JL 7" speakers and it gets the job done. Bluetooth is great for my ipod touch and weatherband feature is a plus for mariners. Only had it for a month so longevity is a still up for debate.

BalasHapusBought this because it was the best bang for the buck with Bluetooth to connect to an iphone 4s. I can play music from the phone via bluetooth with no cables. Works great, sounds great.
